Info: Please be advised, Travelling expenses will be borne by the participants, while Sur Sangam will take care of your accommodation and meals. Updates regarding your stay, venue, and other arrangements shall be shared after your travel confirmation.
Note: Your selection shall only be considered as confirmed once after we receive your email along with the tickets.

For confirmed Finalists
Kindly ensure your travel arrangements by booking your round-trip tickets and emailing them to sursangam@gmail.com by August 10, 2025, to secure your place. You can share details via whatsapp "Finalist Group" also.
If we do not receive your confirmed travel details by this date, we may need to allocate your spot to another candidate. Thank you for your cooperation.
Accommodation will be available from September 30, 12:00 noon, to October 3, 9:00 am. Please note that railway reservations will open from August 1. We urge you to make your bookings promptly, as availability may become limited.
